Re-Design
Brief
Redesign an advertisememt from a magazine and try to improve the advertisement.
Concept
I wanted to make the advertisement pop and stand out using elements of the toothpaste, like the red and the multi-coloured ring that was on the design.
Execution
Using Adobe Illustrator I created the background and ring shape. I then created the colouring and dynamics of the ring and blended it with the shape using lighting on the toothpaste that was reflected from the ring. I then added shadows to give it more shape and a lense flare to really make it stand out. The text and Colgate tag was created within Adobe Illustrator.
